As part of a 3-person strike team, I was called in to design and create a demo visualization for transportation use cases enabled by RFID-tags. This project was called the Btag Experience (after Brazil RFID tag), and was showcased at the Intel Developers Forum in Brazil. Tasked with creating an interactive demo that succinctly demonstrated 2 versions of 4 use cases (RFID on/off for gas, tolls, smart traffic and parking), I designed and put together an interactive visualization of the RFID connected car. The demo includes a city model where a car travels in a closed circuit; the user can control the behavior of the car from a separate interface by turning different RFID-enabled services on/off to experience the features of a connected car. In addition, I designed all icons and the tablet UI to control the behaviors from a physical mock IVI dashboard.
